Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) India, and similar laws, "selling" personal information typically means sharing it with a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.

2. Our Commitment
Puniyo's business model is based on verified vendor lead unlocks, not on selling customer data.
- Vendors pay to unlock leads — not to receive raw data dumps.
- Your contact details are shared only with matched vendors for a limited time.
- We never resell, redistribute, or repackage your data.
- We never share data with ad networks, data brokers, or list vendors.
3. What We Actually Do With Your Data
Your data is used only to:
- Verify your mobile number via OTP.
- Match you with relevant verified vendors.
- Send you updates about your enquiry.
- Improve the platform (anonymized analytics).
- Comply with tax and legal requirements.

4. Your Rights
Even though we don't sell data, you still have the right to:
- Opt out of any future data sharing.
- Request a copy of all data we hold on you.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Non-discrimination — we will not penalize you for exercising privacy rights.
5. Submit a "Do Not Sell / Do Not Share" Request
Even though we don't sell data, you can formally submit a Do Not Sell / Do Not Share request. This ensures you are added to our permanent suppression list.
