To use Puniyo, you must:

• Not be barred from using our services under any applicable law.

Puniyo is a verified digital packers and movers directory connecting customers directly with independent packers, movers, and shifting service providers. We facilitate:

• Free quotation submission and comparison.
• Direct connection between customers and verified vendors.
• Transparent vendor information and service listings.

Puniyo does not directly own, operate, or control any commercial transport fleet or shifting team. We are a directory platform, not a service provider.

All quotations generated via our platform are indicative estimates based on inputs such as distance, floor level, and inventory size. Final pricing is confirmed by the vendor you choose.

• Pricing may vary based on actual load dimensions, packing materials, and route conditions.
• Puniyo does not fix or guarantee any quotation amount.
• All negotiations, agreements, and commitments are made directly between you and the vendor.

Puniyo is not a party to any financial transaction between customers and vendors. We do not collect, hold, or process payments on behalf of any vendor.

• All payments are to be made directly to the vendor's registered business account.
• Never share your UPI PIN, OTP, or banking credentials with anyone.
• Always insist on a written invoice and receipt for all payments.
• Puniyo does not charge any commission, brokerage, or hidden fees from users or vendors.

Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual vendors. As a general guideline:

• Free cancellation may be possible up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur administrative or dispatch preparation fees.
• Refund timelines are the sole responsibility of the vendor and governed by their policy.
• Puniyo does not process or mediate any refunds.

We recommend confirming the vendor's cancellation and refund policy in writing before making any advance payment.

As a user of the Puniyo platform, you are responsible for:

Vendors listed on Puniyo are independent third parties and are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their services, pricing, and capabilities.
• Maintaining valid business licenses, GST registration (where applicable), and insurance.
• Delivering services with reasonable skill, care, and safety.
• Honoring the terms agreed upon with the customer.
• Complying with all applicable laws, including tax and labour regulations.

Puniyo does not guarantee the performance of any vendor listed on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Puniyo and its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Any transaction, dispute, or service failure between you and a vendor.
• Loss, damage, or delay of goods during transit.
• Reliance on any information, quote, or estimation displayed on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Actions or omissions of any third-party vendor.

Puniyo's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of any platform fee paid by you to Puniyo (which is currently zero, as Puniyo does not charge users for its directory services).

All content on Puniyo — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design — is the property of Puniyo or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission from Puniyo.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or servers.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the platform without authorization.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications to vendors or users.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access to Puniyo.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Puniyo at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your conduct harms other users, vendors, or the platform.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and jurisdiction clauses.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhiwani, Haryana, India.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
