Puniyo.com is a free lead-connection platform that helps you compare quotes from verified packers and movers serving your city. You submit your requirement once, verify your mobile with OTP, and movers contact you directly with their best prices.

Puniyo is not a moving company. We do not own trucks, employ packing crews, or provide transportation services ourselves. We simply connect you with vendors who do.

Puniyo does not charge brokerage, commission, or middleman fees. The service stays free at every stage — no enquiry charge, no booking fee, no hidden cost.

All freight rates, transit terms, loading and unloading schedules, and service agreements are negotiated and finalized directly between you and the respective transport vendor.

Once movers contact you, you review their offers, negotiate if needed, and confirm the mover you prefer. Puniyo does not intervene in financial settlements, escrow payments, or contractual disputes between customers and vendors.

You speak with the actual vendor, review the price and inclusions, and confirm the booking only when you are satisfied.

While registered transport partners undergo background validation, users are strongly advised to:

• Inspect vendor credentials and GST registration before booking.
• Ask for an itemised quotation — packing material, labour and transport shown separately.
• Confirm whether loading, unloading, and staircase handling are included in the total.
• Opt for independent transit insurance to safeguard against unforeseen damages or losses.
• Get a written agreement covering delivery date, charges, and included services.

Puniyo is not responsible for any transit damage, delay, or loss incurred during the shifting process.

Final pricing may vary depending on actual load dimensions, packing materials used, peak hours, toll taxes, floor charges, and specific route conditions agreed upon with the vendor.

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
