Customer Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Puniyo, submitting an enquiry, or creating an account, you agree to these Customer Terms, our Consent Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Puniyo Is (and Isn't)

What we do:

• Verify vendor businesses, GST, and addresses.
• Connect you with matched vendors in your city.
• Provide tools, guides, and calculators.
• Protect your phone number through OTP verification.

What we don't do:

• Provide moving, packing, or transport services.
• Set vendor pricing.
• Guarantee vendor availability or delivery outcomes.
• Handle payments between you and vendors.

3. Eligibility

To use Puniyo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Use a valid Indian mobile number for OTP verification.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.

4. Your Account & Enquiry

You agree to:

• Submit only enquiries you genuinely intend to pursue.
• Provide accurate pickup, drop, and inventory details.
• Respond to vendor calls or messages reasonably.
• Not submit multiple duplicate enquiries for the same move.
• Not impersonate another person.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information. Incorrect data may result in inaccurate quotes.

5. Quotes & Vendors

Vendors contact you directly with quotes. Puniyo does not:

• Set, review, or guarantee any quote.
• Endorse any specific vendor over another.
• Mediate pricing negotiations.

Always:

• Compare at least 2-3 quotes before deciding.
• Confirm the quote is itemized.
• Check if insurance and loading are included.
• Read the vendor's own terms before booking.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Verifying the vendor's credentials independently.
• Declaring the value of your goods correctly for insurance.
• Packing restricted or prohibited items in compliance with law.
• Ensuring access to pickup and drop locations.
• Not moving illegal substances, hazardous materials, or contraband.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Puniyo to:

• Submit fake enquiries or spam vendors.
• Scrape, copy, or resell platform data.
• Post false reviews or manipulate ratings.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Impersonate a vendor or Puniyo employee.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Payments

Puniyo is free for customers. We never charge you for submitting an enquiry or receiving quotes.

You pay vendors directly for their services. Puniyo is not involved in payment processing, refunds, or payment disputes between you and vendors.

9. Disputes with Vendors

Disputes about pricing, delivery, damage, or service quality are between you and the vendor. However, we expect vendors to resolve disputes fairly.

If a vendor behaves unprofessionally, you can:

• Submit a complaint via our Complaint Form.
• Post an honest review.
• Escalate to grievance@puniyo.com.

We will review and, if warranted, remove the vendor from the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Puniyo — including text, graphics, logos, tools, and code — is owned by Puniyo or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

Content you submit (reviews, enquiries) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee:

• That vendors will respond.
• That quotes will meet your budget.
• That moves will happen without issues.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Puniyo at our discretion, especially for violations of these terms.

You may stop using the platform at any time. For data removal, see Data Deletion Request.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
