Accessibility Statement.
Puniyo is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
1. Our Commitment
We believe everyone deserves easy access to moving services. Accessibility is not an afterthought — it is part of how we design and build Puniyo.
We are working toward making Puniyo usable by people who:
- Use screen readers or assistive technology.
- Navigate with keyboard only.
- Have visual or hearing impairments.
- Have motor or cognitive disabilities.
- Use older browsers or slower connections.
2. Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to:
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
- Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (India) — including accessibility guidelines for digital platforms.
- Section 508 (basic alignment for international users).

4. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility. There are three levels: A, AA, and AAA.
Puniyo is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may still have limitations:
- Some third-party embedded content may not fully meet accessibility standards.
- PDF documents and older guides are being progressively updated.
- Some interactive tools may work better with mouse on very old browsers.
We are actively working to resolve these issues.
6. Feedback & Reporting
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Puniyo, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve.
You can also reach us at accessibility@puniyo.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
7. Assessment Approach
Puniyo assesses accessibility through:
- Automated accessibility scans on every release.
- Manual audits with screen readers.
- Keyboard-only navigation testing.
- User feedback and reports.
Last full audit: September 2026. Next planned: March 2027.
